Event on Workforce Mental Health & Wellbeing - Wed 10th March

SENScot and DTAS logosDevelopment Trust Association Scotland (DTAS) and Social Enterprise Network Scotland (SESscot) are hosting an online session to share learning and ideas on supporting staff and volunteer mental health and wellbeing at this difficult time, looking at this from both an organisational and individual perspective.

The Session will take place on Wednesday 10th March, 11.30am-1.30pm

The purpose of this session is to share learning and ideas on supporting staff and volunteer mental health and wellbeing at this difficult time, looking at this from both an organisational and individual perspective.

This session provides an opportunity to hear how fellow members are making use of a range of approaches including:

  • Mental Health in the Workplace Network Meetings (Catherine Eadie, MHScot Workplace Wellbeing)
  • Employee Wellbeing Strategy & Mental Health First Aid (Errin Anderson, Polbeth Community Hub)
  • Programme of Activities for Staff & Volunteers (Brendan Rooney, Healthy n Happy)
  • Self-Care, Coping Strategies & Revisioning (Keith Tanner, Blossom Wellbeing)

There will also be an opportunity to share other approaches, explore how different approaches could work for your organisation and explore how these can be approach in partnership with other members and local organisations.
