Scotland's citizen assembly on climate change is currently taking place online.
Grounded in Scotland's Climate Change Act (2019), Scotland’s Climate Assembly brings a group of people together who are broadly representative of the Scottish population. These Assembly Members are taking on the task of learning about, discussing and making recommendations on how we can best tackle climate change. In 2021, the Assembly will report to the Scottish Parliament on the outcomes of their deliberations.
The Assembly's website provides more information on the monthly online meetings, inlcuding links to presentations from witnesses.
