Investing in Communities Fund

Scottish Government logoThe Scottish Government's Investing in Communities Fund should be of interest to community organisations working across Scotland in and with disadvantaged communities.

The Investing in Communities Fund brings together some previous funding streams including the People and Communities Fund and the Community Choices Fund. The focus of Investing in Communities is tackling disadvantage, poverty and inequality, and the Scottish Government state that the fund "encourage[s] community-led development, design and delivery of sustainable local solutions addressing local issues, circumstances and aspirations across a broad range of community led activity."

The new £11.5 million fund is now open for applications of up to £250,000 (over three years) until the deadline of Friday 14th June.
