Report from CHEX evidence workshop available
March 9, 2015
Community Health Exchange (CHEX) has written a report of its Evidence for Community-led Health workshop, which took place on the 20th February 2015. The report summarises the workshop and the findings that came out of it. It also provides links to further useful resources.
The workshop was designed to help community organisations make their case to policy makers and funders, and it was based on theEvidence for Success guide which was published last year by theKnowledge Translation Network, which CHEX is a member of. Similar workshops were delivered last year by the Knowledge Translation Network, and the CHEX training focused on the elements we thought were most relevant to community-led health organisations.
Visit the resources section of Communities Channel Scotland for more on collecting and using evidence.
