The Fairer Scotland Duty

The Fairer Scotland Duty is a piece of legislation passed by the Scottish Parliament which places a legal responsibility on selected public bodies in Scotland to actively consider how they can reduce inequalities of outcome caused by socioeconomic disadvantage.
