Challenge ourselves to increase the positive impact we make on our local community.
We will do the following things that we don’t do at the moment to improve our social impact.

1st Commitment
Pledge to use Social Enterprise catering at events hosted / facilitated by SOSE and to contract where possible with Social Enterprise for the delivery of facilities management services - e.g Grounds maintenance services.

2nd Commitment
Pledge to develop our use of the SOSE Volunteering policy to make a collective impact - apply a different structure to the current approach and introduce an approach where SOSE annually chooses a number of themes around which SOSE staff might focus volunteering support.

3rd Commitment
Pledge to establish a SOSE Community Benefits wish list / matchmaking platform - where requests from communities in the South can be logged - and suppliers to SOSE signposted to same and asked / encouraged to help out re said requests
